The coast, kept.

Your house, ready. Shutters open, pool at 27°, someone at the gate.

Azzurra keeps a small number of houses between Menton and Monaco, and one an hour inland in the snow. Most are never listed.

What we do

A house is either kept or it is waiting for you to arrive and start.

We are the people who arrive first. The gardener came on the 4th and the 18th, the linen was changed Thursday, the hinge the mistral took is back on its pins. When you turn the key, the house has been living without you, well. When your guests turn it, they meet Federico at the gate.

Houses in our keeping

A selection, not a catalogue.

Most houses we keep are never listed. These are the few whose owners let them travel. Each sleeps its stated number comfortably, and each is kept year-round by the same hands that hand you the keys.

The Owner’s Report

One page, the first week of every month.

Nights, occupancy, what was done and what it cost, and a note from Federico about the house. No dashboard, no login you have to remember. It arrives, you read it twice, you put it down.

The mistral came through on the 12th and took a hinge with it; it was back on by the afternoon. The lemons are in.

Where we keep houses

One coast road and one mountain road. Everything we keep is within an hour of the office, which is how a hinge gets fixed the same afternoon.

The Journal

Notes from the coast, once a month.

What the wind does to a shutter, when the lemons come in, which road closes for the rally. Written by the people who keep the houses.

What the mistral does to a shutter

Three days of wind, one hinge, and why we check the east terrace first.

Yours could be next. Listing is optional. Keeping is the point.

Tell us about the house: where it is, how you use it, what keeps you up at night when you are not there. Federico will call you back before noon.
